Embedded C++/Linux/PHP/Subversion/French speaker/Software Engineer/Developer/Programmer
My Client is a major player in the engineering industry based in Belgium. My client requires the candidate to define the needs and constraints of the software solution, architecture, communication, development and review code. A knowledge of programmable controllers and/or IP Networks would be a plus. Familiar with tools of development software SCM (subversion, CSV or other) and Change Management (JIRA, TRAC or other). You are rigorous, with a good team spirit, an excellent sense of the organization. You are oriented results, with an excellent sense of communication.
Day to Day Duties:
Write Architecture description document
Write detailed design document
Develop C++ modules running on an Embedded Linux platform
Develop Web interfaces (httpd server running on Embedded Linux and PHP code)
Unitary tests on these modules
Integration tests
Support during product qualification
6 month (extendable) contract, excellent rates, French (mandatory), based in Belgium
