Network Project Manager
Our Client is seeking a Network Project Manager for a 6 month contract in Charlotte, NC.
REQUIRED:
-Network Project Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the design, implementation, and daily management of complex data networks in a large enterprise of 2500+ PC's in multiple locations within a metropolitan area.
- Experience and expertise in the Windows operating systems at the server and desktop levels - Working knowledge of TCP/IP Addressing, demonstrated expertise in the installation and monitoring of complex network management systems
-Network Project Manager must have daily network operations management skills
-Demonstrated knowledge of Routers, Switches (Layer 2 & 3), hubs, and data communications hardware is mandatory
-Must be able to manage to a published schedule and function in a dynamic enterprise environment
-IT Communications Project Manager five (5) years' experience in technical and administrative project management
-Ability to manager high profile - multiple projects in parallel Working with various types of networks
- Optical Networks, Enterprise LAN/WAN, 800Mhz radio network
-Support subscriber bases of 5,000 to 20,000 users
-Network Project Manager must be a good communicator.
- Works well with internal staff as well as internal and external customers
- Experience in similar environment preferable
REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Visio
-Project and SharePoint Special
PREFERRED:
-Professional Project Manager Certification ITIL Certification or familiarity a plus
