Siebel UCM Technical Consultant
K2 is urgently seeking a Siebel UCM Technical Consultant for an assignment in the Middle East.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience developing Siebel UCM (Oracle Customer Hub) with at least two different implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in customer information data conversions using Customer Hub as the target system
- Experience with Oracle Customer Hub, understanding of EIM, and underlying table structures
- Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills
- Good experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis, design and implementation of Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM) for integrations to touch point systems including Middleware integrations
- Responsible for the development project deliverables including: data mapping, code development and unit test, Technical Design Documents
Code delivery and migration for:
- Conversions
- Interfaces/Integrations
- Workflows
- Web Services
- Document and unit test scripts for developed objects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the developed objects
- Work with Oracle support on any issues requiring support from Oracle support and development.
- Troubleshoot and triage issues discovered during testing
- Mentor client personnel to help them learn Customer Hub technical design matters
