A Legal Executive is required to work in the claims solutions department of a highly regarded regional law firm at their office in Reading. Salary is negotiable and excellent career prospects are on offer. The successful candidate will be required to join the firm's Credit Hire team in Reading, who are well known for their high quality service to a range of leading names within the insurance industry, as well as a number of nationally recognised organisations. The team deals with all aspects of defendant credit hire dispute resolution, whilst offering an exceptional level of client care to a range of clients. On a day to day basis, the team deals with a number of fraudulent Credit Hire claims including both General Terms of Agreement (GTA) and Non-GTA Credit Hire cases. Crucial aspects of the role include handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files whilst hitting both individual and team set targets. You will also be required to act as a source of information for your clients, providing an efficient and high quality service in the management of the high volume credit hire cases. You will be confident in your ability to communicate with a range of clients and hold a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience in credit hire is essential.
