This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fantastic and well established company on the outskirts of Ripon. This is a supervisory position and you will be responsible for providing effective management of the sales support function. Supervising a small team, the role will involve planning, directing and co-ordinating the delivery of the sales support teams duties which include taking and processing orders via SAGE, handling customer queries and delivery issues and liaising with the accounts department regarding payments and debt. This is a three month contract and we are looking for someone with a strong administration and customer service background who has the ability to supervise a team. You will have a positive, can do approach and be a quick learner with ability to hit the ground running.
