Customer Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Customer Project Manager, Manage project deliveries including products and implementation services.
  • Ensure good profitability and quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibility Area:

  • Leads project team.
  • Plans and monitors delivery phases of the project.
  • Plans and manages internal and external resources.
  • Responsible for internal and external project reporting.
  • Acts as a primary project interface towards the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction.
  • Shares project experience and best practices with other project managers.
  • Identifies and supports new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Typically 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments.
  • Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies.
  • Background in Mobile Solutions, including HLR, R4, dispatcher, IN, OSS, Voice recorder, GPRS.
  • Experience in integration projects having many different products.
    Experience in GSM-R projects.
  • Communication in English and Scandinavian (preferably Norwegian) language.
