Customer Project Manager
Job Description:
- Customer Project Manager, Manage project deliveries including products and implementation services.
- Ensure good profitability and quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibility Area:
- Leads project team.
- Plans and monitors delivery phases of the project.
- Plans and manages internal and external resources.
- Responsible for internal and external project reporting.
- Acts as a primary project interface towards the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction.
- Shares project experience and best practices with other project managers.
- Identifies and supports new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Typically 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Significant experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments.
- Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies.
- Background in Mobile Solutions, including HLR, R4, dispatcher, IN, OSS, Voice recorder, GPRS.
- Experience in integration projects having many different products.
Experience in GSM-R projects. - Communication in English and Scandinavian (preferably Norwegian) language.
