Description
12 month fixed term contract (possible transition to permanent) available for retail giant based in London. My client is looking for an enthusiastic manager with extensive experience in customer insight and quantitative data analysis. You will need to be able to provide a clear understanding of customer data and CRM as well as experience of Siebel and coding.
The role is broken down into the following accountabilities:
Customer strategy, analytical CRM and customer targeting, and finally, database management. You need to have experience with SAS programming, data mining and database marketing as well as being able to provide concrete examples of experience in direct marketing and analysis to increase revenue and profitability.
