Penta Consulting URGENTLY looking for a Chief Solution Architect for BSS transformation program to work in Dubai on a 6 month extendable contract starting .
Experience:
Over 15 years experience in IT, Telecom and BSS - analysis, design, development, implementation and management of full life cycle commercial applications including architecture
Experience of leading the Technical Solution team for a BSS transformation program in Telecommunications
Concept to completion' experience in one complete BSS transformation program including functional areas of CRM, OSM, Middleware, billing solution and peripheral integrations
Role:
Chief Solution Architect - BSS transformation
Responsibilities:
Chief Solution Architect - BSS transformation
Lead E2E Solution analysis, design, integration, architecture, co-existence and migration
Alignment with Business Process and overall program delivery
Telecom & IT Expert - Technology experience includes EAI, databases, rule engines, digital marketplace products, leading COTS packages and in-depth J2EE based custom development of systems with complete life cycle responsibilities.
Interface with Ericsson and Etisalat management for architectural decision making and closure
Ensure adherence to technical program scope, identify up-sales opportunities through change requests, manage technical solution risks and issues, manage resources and take measures to complete the program within the committed budget
