Medior Programme Manager - Banking, Payments
We're currently looking for a medior level Programme Manager.
Candidate must have:
Knowledge of payments
Off shoring management and Vendor management
Is delivery focued
Experience with SOX is an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management
The solution manager is energetic, ambitious and willing to learn and is a member of an international delivery team who runs multiple smaller and bigger projects.
The environment you will be working in is the Mid Office environment; Mid Office is the central hub for payment processing and reporting in the network between the channels and the local Back Office systems in 30+ countries.
Role purpose
The Technical Services Medior program manger/Senior Project manager is responsible for the satisfactory delivery (quality, timelines and cost) of projects
Key Role Deliverables
Solution Design
Delivery of a company wide supported, overall solution design based on a complete set of requirements.
Key is the sign off by all stakeholders of both the requirements and the created solution design by the team
Project Management
- Monitors the project development over time and manages the relationship with stakeholders in such a way that the progress of the project is guaranteed.
- Alignment with the business stakeholders.
- Responsible for cost management within the project.
Make sure that all the project governance is followed
Realizing TS-solutions
- Monitors the execution of the solutions and ensures delivery within the agreed cost and timelines.
- Manages the implementation and aftercare process after alignment with the different stakeholders.
Key is the delivery of project within in the agreed terms.
Quality Assurance and Best Practices
- Managing the project within the arranged delivery processes.
- Ensures that all compliance rules are followed.
- Evaluates projects and develops enhancements based on lessons learned.
- Facilitates that best practices are chosen and further specified and communicated to the delivery team.
- Key is to keep the delivery of projects within the agreed processes and compliance rules, while using your experience to enhance the work processes.

Experience
University/HBO graduate level; IT or a related subject.
Program management experience.
Experience in the payments sector is a must.
Experience leading and working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures: main team executing the solution is based in India.
Experience in working with third party vendors. Vendors are based in India.

- Excellent command of written/verbal business English
