I am urgently looking for a SAP HR Consultant - for one of my best client, based in Brussels. It's a fantastic contract of 6 months, with multiple extensions to follow.
The SAP HR consultant will be:
- Development and maintenance in Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (PT) for a bigSAP HR project.
- supporting key users for HR business process management (PERSONNEL (OM/PA), time management, management training and skills)
- making sure that solutions are found for problems that are reported by key users, you encourage the best practices and watch a proper integration with other processes
- taking care of needs analysis and functional analysis
- also responsible for configuring and testing SAP - involved in user training
Technical skills - extensive expertise in SAP HR following areas: Time/OM/PA/Talent Management/CATS
Soft skills - Analytical - Customer oriented - team player - Standalone - Good communication skills
Bilingual FR/NL with basic knowledge in English
