Description
QHSE Engineer - Norway QHSE, Risk, Offshore, QA*National and international QHSE rules, regulations and requirement knowledge.
*Ensuring that DFE Management of the office are compliant with current QHSE legislative requirements and are made aware of any updates.
*Leading internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9000:2008.
*Implementation of the Seawell drive to achieve accreditation to ISO: 14001 - Environmental Management System.
*Perform studies and analysis, compiling appropriate HSE performance statistics, give recommendations and reporting to DFE QHSE Manager.
*Ensuring that all work scopes have rigorous Risk Assessments and that Risk Management is considered for all work.
*Providing input for compiling and reviewing Engineering and Project Procedures (Compass/QLM).
*Managing the DFE cases of the office within the Synergi database to ensure actions are completed.
*Leading investigation into all cases recorded by the office in Synergi as appropriate.
*Treatment and follow up of non conformances
*Provide input to interface documents for all Projects and ensure content is adhered to through regular review and audit.
*Providing a QA check that the Work packs have been developed in accordance with Archer & rescue's official template.
*Providing QHSE, ethical, professional leadership, support and mentoring to the DFE team.
*Promoting HSEQ awareness via safety alerts and other campaigns.
Educational:
*General qualifications in QA and HSE
*Necessary offshore training and certification and qualifications.
Experience:
*Track record in performing similar roles
*Background with both contractor and client organization preferable.
