Co-Location Coordinator/Site Acquisition

Site search, surveying, negotiations and presentation of suitable telecom sites.

Coordinate and Support the SA subcontractors, handling of difficult sites, and troubleshooting on site location issues

Main responsibilities

Site & Acquisition Management

  • Site search, surveying, negotiations and presentation of suitable telecom sites.
  • Negotiating and agreeing Heads of Terms with diverse landlords for telecom installations
  • Ensure accurate monthly forecasting and data integrity
  • Liaising with Planning Consultants, Network Planning Engineers, Implementation Controllers and Solicitors.
  • Coordinate and Support the SA subcontractors, handling of difficult sites, and troubleshooting on site location issues.

Reporting

  • Co-location development input to weekly and monthly report
  • Identify project contractual risks and provide action plan to mitigate them

Project meetings

  • Attend meetings with the Customer representatives as required by NSN
  • Manage meeting with authorities and/or subcontractors
  • Weekly NSN internal BTS Rollout meeting

Core competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Political understanding and awareness (Tactically and strategically)
  • Fluent in English, Scandinavian speaking (preferred).

Experience

  • Experience from large/complex projects (Infrastructure)
  • Project Management experience
  • SA experience
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel), and PowerPoint in particular.
  • Over all good understanding of working with IT system.
