Business Analyst/Expert/Consultant required with knowledge & experience in Convergent Billing Solution (cvBS) from ZTE (aka Zsmart). Business Analyst/Expert/Consultant required for implementation project and skilled in either (mobile/Internet Telco processes) or (Customer Care, Billing, Rating, Mediation, Provisioning....).
Business Analyst/Expert/Consultant will be fluent in English or French and skilled in cvBS/Zsmart - ZTE products with at least 5 years experience and ideally 3 years in a managerial position. IT & BSS services, billing solution in operational environments and ability to motivate staff with extensive experience in building and leading teams.
