CRM Analyst - Oracle, SQL, Siebel CRM Solutions. My client is urgently looking for a CRM Analyst for a fantastic role in Belgium. The successful candidate will focus on support and deployment of the CRM/Siebel business solutions for operating companies. You will be responsible for the development, deployment and support of CRM application for 18+ Operating Companies in Europe. The Solution is based on a Siebel 7.7 implementation and it is a Web based Single Instance solution. You will work closely together with the CRM Support organization to improve the daily support of the application. You will be working on requirements, administration, testing, training and assisting business users with the use & rollout of the client application. The project involves Siebel Analytics (migrating to OBI 10) being the analytical platform and the Siebel PDA is another key success drivers. The technical requirements for this project are Oracle, SQL and Siebel CRM Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a top client on a long contract.
