Senior Project Manager FR/NL/EN
Responsibilities
Within the "Customer Project and Program Management" unit, you are responsible for steering and coordinating complex customer projects.
You work on projects in collaboration with a team of consultants and specialists, supported by Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing Managers.
You work closely with the client. You establish, implement and enforce the Plan of Implementation of the project. You identify the critical milestones and any stumbling blocks in the project and take all necessary pro-active measures to avoid all delays.
You play the role of single point of contact between the provider and the client during the implementation phase, with respect to the project.
Similarly, you play the role of single point of contact between the provider and subcontractors' stakeholders in the implementation phase of the project.
You centralize (and deliver if necessary) all relevant information about the project.
You make regular reports to the customers and management on the progress of the project.
You ensure the quality of deliverables and services and compliance with the schedule.
You are responsible for financial results for the project.
You provide support to the Sales Manager in strategic discussions with the client.
Profile
Qualifications:
You have experience of at least 5 years in the field of project management solutions for telecom and/or ICT.
You have a proven project approach and have a sense of the organization.
You systematically analyze problematic situations. You ensure careful monitoring of project tasks. You communicate easily.
Other skills:
You have a university degree (industrial or civil engineer).
You have sufficient technical knowledge to allow you to quickly assimilate knowledge of the products and services provided by our organisation.
You speak French, Dutch and English.
