OnePPM Administrator/Trainer/Deployment Engineer - CA Clarity Investment Banking
A Global top tier investment bank are looking to hire a OnePPM deployment engineer/administrator to provide administrative support for OnePPM Initiative deployment. Your will also provide CA Clarity tool analytics, 2nd line tool and program support, ILT training and program administration for the OnePPM application under the direction of the Deployment Readiness Program Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Preparation
Self-study to understand current and future state of the banks PPM processes and how OnePPM program will address these:
-Understand the banks hierarchies and terminology and how they pertain to PPM
-To Participate in ad-hoc and scheduled ILT user tool training will understand:
-Each training sessions will vary based upon the participant cluster
Main Duties
-Own and manage Production Issues and Outages
-Provide administrative and account provisioning support to the Global OnePPM Deployment team
-Provide PPM Tool (CA Clarity) Support to Embedded Coaches and regional user base
-Participate actively in UAT & Regression Release Testing
-Conduct Instructor Lead Training deep-dive hands-on user training classes as scheduled
-Champion Change. Provide quality solutions and effective usage guidance on how to integrate the tool into users BAU PPM job functions
-Maintain deployment MS Share Point
-Provide feedback to the Deployment Readiness Team regarding any situations that would require attention
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
-Excellent communications skills
-Excellent support & problem analytics experience
-Experienced in giving technical class room training
-Experience with conducting large-scale IT-based PPM system implementations
-Change Champion
-Good CA Clarity or other PPM vendor tool knowledge
-Familiarity with MS SharePoint would be advantageous
