Connect44 is looking for an experienced consultant for our client:
MAINS MISSION:
3G/2G optimization technical undertaking of the Huawei BSS swap in Dense urban areas.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Optimization of 3G/2G NW KPIs for BSS Swap.
- Optimization of usual 3G/2G NW KPIs

2. DT
- Will ensure achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G NW KPIs in Dense urban areas covered with a 2G/3G multi layer NW.
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project.
- Will support his management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
Customer care
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the technical 3G/2G optimization support to customer
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence
Technical competence:
- Sound Huawei/NSN 3G/2G experience.
- GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools:SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Swap experience is required.
- LTE principles knowledge and/or field experience is a plus.

- Autonomous, dynamic, opening mind
- Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis
- Excellent internal and external communication
Linguistic capabilities:
- French - English
- Operational quickly
- Experience: +/- 3 years in the 3G/2G BSS Network Planning Optimization in dense urban NWs.
- Proven experience in optimizing multi-layers 2G/3G Xth carriers NWs.
- GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills
- Team working skills
- Field operations skills
- Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
- Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Good experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
Mobility: Business trip to be envisaged in different cities in France/countries in Europe
Location: France
