Position Description: Customer-facing position which documents functional requirements, analyzes business process, and develops business cases to support the development of solutions for Information Technology. This position Provides client support during system development and implementation, development and maintenance of service level agreements.
This position includes analysis of business process and functional requirements, development of business cases, client support during system development and implementation, development and maintenance of service level agreements.
The primary responsibilities for this position are:
Sharepoint Administration
Business Analysis
The Business Analysis work includes contributions to solutions design, typically participating in the development of the Solutions Alternative Analysis and Logical Design documents and may include support of business requirements documentation. May also require support in the development of other SDLC documentation including testing and project planning documents.
In addition, a key responsibility for this position is the management of a Sharepoint Site Collection, as the Sharepoint Administrator.

Required Skills
1. Knowledge of HTML
2. Knowledge of CSS
3. SharePoint - MOSS 2007 experience in administering the site
4. Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 experience
5. Knowledge of JavaScript
6. Knowledge of JQuery
7. Knowledge of XPath
8. Knowledge of XSL
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of C# using the .NET Framework
2. Knowledge of SharePoint's Search Engine: Indexing, Crawls, Metadata, Displaying Results
3. Knowledge of workflows and the ability to customize workflows using C# and .NET framework
Experience:
Minimum 3 years Sharepoint administration experience, with emphasis on building teamsites, experience in building/managing metadata templates, managing access and licenses for site collections, designing changes, experience in building team sites as web pages, web design experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in supporting solution design including preparing documentation that may involve building use cases, traceability matrices and business process modelling.
