For a good client of ours, Aston Carter Belgium is currently looking for the following:
Functional and technical support on SAP CRM service
Tasks
*Functional and technical troubleshooting in the assigned domains (catalog, quote, Back Office, project services, ) and modules including debugging
*Customizing/Configuration/Development and bug fixing in the assigned modules
*Creating support documentation and standard support procedures
*Master data creation, correction and update
*Testing enhancements and bug fixes; writing test scenario's
*Creating user documentation and procedures
Profile
*Trilingual: Dutch/French/English
*Troubleshooter
*Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP CRM service
*Expertise CRM service
*Communicative, Flexible and Open, Teamplayer
*Stressproof
