CRM Technical and Business Consultants/Architects, Contract, Dublin
Our client is looking for experienced Technical/Business Consultants to join their team for initial 6 months contract.
There will be 80% of travel.
A Technical Consultant is the focal point for technical knowledge and activities around system architecture, product installation, performance tuning, and operating-system Scripting.
One of the 3skills are must:
1. Unica experience
2. CRM experience
3. WebSphere/IBM technologies experience
Responsibilities:
Delivery and Implementation of Enterprise Software solutions
Lead strategic technical and/or functional planning and design of standard implementations
- Facilitate requirements gathering and design/configuration workshops
- Maintain "trusted advisor" relationship and provide ad-hoc support on architecture and product issues for customers in production
- Provide high quality deliverables and project communications
- Execute tasks of implementations including:
- Prepare for each project with review of all customer info, relevant product info and sales learning
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Product installation, upgrades, configuration and documentation
- Implement product per design spec
- Performance analysis and tuning
- Knowledge transfer to customers
- Problem diagnosis and resolution
