Description
My Client a Top 10 International Law Firm are looking for a Citrix Specialist to work in their office in London. The successful candidate will need to have at least 3 years Citrix experience, XenApp 6.0 and also lead a team. Law Firm experience is desirable.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Manage the creation of a new Citrix XenApp 6.5 Image (built on 2008 R2 architecture).
- Required skills to support this are:
- Installing and configuring applications for the Citrix XenApp and Provisioning services platform.
- Testing of applications within Citrix to ensure suitability for platform including taking account of session, multiple user, bandwidth and performance considerations.
- Development of an SCCM Task Sequence to support the new Citrix XenApp 6.5 build.
- Manage iterative release candidates within project based on application readiness and priority.
- Engage with project team members and key stakeholders to troubleshoot applications when issues experienced.
- Apply Workspace Manager (user-based) settings as required for specific applications.
Technical skills:
- Experience of enterprise-level XenApp farm deployments
- Windows Server
- XenApp 6.x
- 64-bit environments
- Citrix Provisioning Server/Services
- Windows Server 2008 R2
Essential qualifications: CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) on XenApp5, XenApp6 & Provisioning Server
Desirable Qualifications:
- MCP/MCITP (Windows Server 2008/R2)
- CCEE (Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer)
- CCEA (Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator)
- CCAA (Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator) XenApp 5
