Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Bristol - Circa £405 per day
A leading retail bank requires a Senior Business Analyst to participate on their major SME growth strategy. The programme deals with the creation of greater capacity and operational robustness within the telephony operations through delivery of telephony systems enhancements and fit for purpose processes. Delivery of the Direct Bank proposition identified within the SME Growth Strategy.
The role will involve the assisting with Programme Study deliverables eg dependency, Feasibility reports, it will also involve knowledge project initiation (scoping, project framework) and knowledge of business operating models will therefore be necessary.
To be successful in the application for this role you will have proven analytical, change project management skills and strong stakeholder management skills with experience of working on large complex programmes.
You will be a competent presenter and communicator and have ample business change experience. You will be conversant with IT eg MS Applications - Word, Excel, Power-point.
Contact centre change experience and a willingness to move in a fast paced organisation will be highly regarded. A strong commercial banking background will also be well received.
