Our client is a leading Real Estate business based in Central London
The Assignment
- Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for the following
- Assessing the organisation's current Healthy Safety processes & procedures
- Construct and deliver a revised Target operating model' for Health & Safety
- Ensure 100% legal compliance
- Produce and present a monthly board report
- Train and upskill permanent staff in head office and other locations
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering a revised Health & Safety strategy within a corporate environment and reporting to senior management/board level stakeholders.
- An exposure to the Real Estate sector would be advantageous but not essential
