Position Description:
- Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects within Wireless track of work, maintaining cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to program leadership, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, insuring the allocation of resources across the multiple projects within the program, enforcing program governance policies and taking ownership regarding financial aspects of the program.
- Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
- Experience Level: 3-6 Years.
- Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experienced with Excel, MS Project and MS Access.
- Experience with Niku and/or Primavera a plus.
- Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
- Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with various levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
This role requires project coordinator experience in prior PMOs or other large infrastructure programs.
