T echnical level:
Typically secondary/high school qualified with a relevant technical qualification and/or certifications.
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Technical skills:
Familiar with Unix environment.
Experience in Unix and Perl Scripting.
Experience with LDAP administration (Openldap, Redhat, Oracle OID, Iplanet Directory server, Sun Directory server).
Database administration: performance tuning, statistics, when to use certain database options, using jobs, backup schemes
Experience in very large environments
Description of activities:
Resolve complex system problems within agreed SLA.
Provide LDAP service support (3rd line).
Log analysis.
Problem investigation.
Write technical documentation.
Write comprehensive Incident Records.
Provide statistical data for reporting.
Willing to do standby (24/7 including holidays) 1 week every 4 weeks.
8 working hours per day, between 8AM and 8PM, under planning agreed in advance.
Soft skills:
Very good knowledge of French and technical English.
