Description:
1. Good Knowledge in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management and Shipment.
2. Capable to handle Priority Change request requirements and monitor the same with Users/Offshore Team.
3. Good at Business requirements gathering, documenting the same and get the work executed from offshore.
4. Accept the Incidents in LE (SD, Shipment & MM) area In ITSM Tool and Meet the Users and resolve the same without SLA.
5. High Priority Incident are to resolved with agreed time with users.
6. Work with Business to resolve issues on daily operations.
7. Conducting trainings on the new and old business process on SAP end.
