Halian are representing our Global Partner on the face of a Global Healthcare Worldwide ground breaking programme which will unleash an earthquake of exceptional and lifestyle changing opportunities in the Middle East.

We require an Applications specialist whose focus is within SAP Call Centre. This dedicated resource will manage a variety of tasks from Requirements gathering activities to Transition to Service and then through to the Optimization phase where issues and defects will be managed and resolved.

We require the successful person to host and carry the following:

  • Deep specialized knowledge in specific aspects of discipline.
  • Demonstratable skills with SAP Call Centre
  • Enhances own knowledge through understanding business trends and objectives.
  • Understands and foresees implications of decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry and business principles.
  • Places issues in context of organizational and functional objectives
  • In-depth customer knowledge to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develops and applies specialized knowledge within own discipline.
  • Coordinates activities and processes.
  • Applies analytical skills
