We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden .

Objective

  • support the life cycle of the client's applications and systems
  • assist in the implementation and maintenance of the IT-component in projects
  • facilitate the integration of new applications in the IT environment
  • optimise and document IT systems

Tasks and Deliverables by the Consultant

The consultants will be integrated in the Back Office and Testing group and participate in the projects of the operational units and carry out system administration and corresponding tasks, specifically:

Administration, optimization and maintenance of, the SharePoint (MOSS 2007 and MOSS 2010) farms, the Microsoft SQL 2008 Servers, the web Servers, the MS System Center Operations Manager environment, the ADFS (v1 and v2) environment and the Windows operating systems of Servers

  • Integration of new systems into the existing environment
  • Ensure 2nd line support for the client's and Extranet service users for the Back Office services running on the SharePoint and web Servers
  • Document the current environment and changes to it
  • Identify the cause of problems, document, and develop an immediate, short-term, and/or long-term solution
  • Create and/or maintain support documentation and procedures

Required expertise

  • University degree with minimum 5 years experience in System Administration.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010
  • Knowledge of and experience with Team Foundation Server 2010
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager 2007
  • Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
  • Experience with Microsoft clustering and NLB solutions
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
  • Experience with working in a multicultural environment
  • Very good command of English; oral and written
  • Very good organisational skills: a planned approach to tasks and ability to prioritize;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • High level of service orientation;
  • Excellent team worker.
