Our Client a prestigious banking group is looking to hire an OTC Derivatives Clearing Programme Manager on a contract basis.
Programme Manager required for the OTC Clearing Programme for leading Investment Bank. The OTC Clearing programme has the ambition to build a scalable OTC Clearing solution across all of the Fixed Income products, and to address all functional areas and life cycle activities.
Our client requires an experienced professional who successfully marries large scale project management skills with detailed knowledge across Central Clearing House and Derivative products.
Skill sets
- Proven Programme Management skills, leading execution of large scale change projects, across multiple functional areas
- Proven track record in the delivery of transformational change into Investment/Wholesale Banks, working across multiple business functions (ie Sales Trading, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT) at the MD level to shape and deliver business change and the supporting IT applications and infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge and experience in the Interest Rates OTC Derivative product sets and their transaction life cycles, plus good working knowledge of FX beneficial.
- Has expert' knowledge in the area of OTC Clearing at Central Counterparties esp. LCH SwapClear. Other CCP experience ie CME and Eurex is also beneficial.
- A strong team manager, who can effectively organise, motivate and direct a large and diverse, matrixed team across multiple functions and delivery partners, with a focus on creating value for the business.
