Description
Senior Testing Engineer
The position is responsible for system test activity which includes off shore/on site user acceptance test activity, test design, analysis of business requirements, cooperation with other test team members and with customers.
Senior Testing Engineer Responsibilities
*Develop integration test plans for all deployed products
*Independently resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets
*Review test results and recommendations with customer and vendors
*Develop integration test report and document product issues
*Track issue resolution on third party products
*Travel will be required in Asia, EMEA and North America
Senior Testing Engineer Must Have Skills:
*3 years + experience of testing in a Unix, XML & SQL environment
*Strong Sun Solaris and Linux experience
*Strong test automation, Scripting skills including Perl and Unix Shell Scripting
*Experience in writing test cases
*Knowledge of DIAMETER, RADIUS, LDAP protocols
*Knowledge of 3G and 4G mobile networks; specific experience in AAA, Policy and Charging Control, and HSS is necessary
*IP network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of TCP/UDP/SCTP
*Shell and Perl Scripting experience
*Excellent customer facing communication and negotiation skills
*Experience working with Oracle relational databases
*Background in network engineering and planning would be an asset
*Fluent spoken and written English
*University education or similar focused on IT or business management
*Good communication skills
