Description
The role sits within the retail banking arm of a global financial firm where you will provide support to the process consultancy division - working within large, high profile programmes of work - including new FSA regulatory changes.
Main requirements
- Identify process deficiencies and inconsistencies and assess impact of any proposed change, defining the initial scope of significant and complex initiatives.
- Use detailed knowledge and understanding of process improvement techniques
- Ensure that all process improvements are controlled and monitored on an ongoing basis through effective and appropriate metrics
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the process methodologies available in the market for use where applicable.
In order to meet the requirements, candidates MUST have
- Green belt Six Sigma accreditation or equivalent
- Black belt Six Sigma accreditation
- Delivered in project management and coordination of resources
- Process mapping experience
