One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Siebel Administrator.

Please find some details below:

Profile :

  • Siebel administration experience (+5 years) with Siebel 8.x knowledge
  • Experience in a lead role
  • IT Related degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. French or Dutch will be an advantage
  • ITIL (V3) knowledge and experience in 2nd and 3d line support organization
  • Strong Unix (AIX) and Windows knowledge
  • Knowledge on SSSE will be an added asset
  • Experience in monitoring systems (Tivoli) will be an advantage
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex application issues related to the system or other applications
  • Ability to document the application and procedures used according to the defined standards, and keeping up to date
  • Ability to coordinate and implement changes in Acceptance, Performance and Production environments
  • Knowledge on disaster recovery planning

Tasks:

  • Install, control, validate business applications within agreed service levels. Deployment of release based runbooks
  • Maintenance of existing applications
  • Monitoring of the serviced applications
  • Solve incidents with our without third parties in production and acceptance environment targeting to restore service ASAP
  • Assist in problem analysis and solving
  • Implement and coordinate changes with or without third parties
  • Inform users about best practices and procedures
  • Team spirit and communication skills are key in order to assure optimal productivity and performance
