This brand new opportunity involves the support and ongoing development of online presence, including the corporate website, secure site, and Intranet. You will be the key contact point between business and technology teams. The company is replacing a valued team member and is looking to fill the role immediately. About the role:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues
- Setup and Maintain RedDot environments
- Setup and Maintain Secure Site environments
- Setup and Maintain Sharepoint Environments
- Technical expert on how website is set up.
- Manage publishing structure, web server and production environments.
- Understand/support/amend all coding elements - HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc
- Work with Online Marketing team and Web Development team to implement site enhancements.
- Monitor and report on site availability and performance.
- Manage all website environments, including test sites, BCP, site backups etc
- Manage supplier relationship with CMS vendor/Developers/Microsoft
- Search engine optimisation - implementation and tracking
Key Skills required:
- Minimum 7 years experience in web-based technology
- Experience in coding, such as HTML, Javascript, etc
- Experience supporting a content management system
- Experience in SharePoint 2007 - Design, Implementation, Administration
- Experience in Search Engine Optimisation SEO
- Experience in managing supplier relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, strong negotiation and influencing skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in OpenText (RedDot) CMS
- Experience in SharePoint 2007 - Desirable.
- Experience in obtaining in Project Management desirable
