Clinical Systems Support Analyst required ASAP to provide first line support for all callers to the ICT service desk within the operational requirements and service level agreements in place. This will include incident logging, monitoring and where possible call resolution, and escalation to second line support where applicable for clinical support systems.

You must have previous experience within a first line support role, and have a good knowledge of windows desktop and office applications. Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create good working relationships is critical. Experience working in public sector is desirable however not essential.

Within this temporary position, you will be required to manage support requests from clients, report unresolved support calls to the local administrators for advice and guidance, and provide advice to the clients on their systems. You will be in frequent contact with clients and will regularly participate in research and development projects.
