Insurance Auditor/Operations Specialist required for leading insurers
As the sale of insurance is a regulated product, the team are responsible for identifying any policies that may have been MIS-sold, and have errors on documentation that may lead to customer detriment. The team act as subject matter experts in all aspects of insurance related queries, act as a first point of contact for customers via the telephone, deal with insurance arrears and the cancellation of policies.
Skills:
Telephone skills and a flexible approach is essential.

Insurance business and its products, markets, policies and processes
* Understanding of the Insurance products that the businesses offer
* Good administration skills
* Good communication skills
* ALFA knowledge
* Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
* Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
