Service Manager

We are actively looking for a service level agreement specialist who can support different IT units
in drafting SLAs and OLAs, including intra-group contracts between distinct legal entities of the
group.

Business experience required
* At least 5 years experience as Service Manager
* Proven experience in handling all activities related to Service Level Agreements (drafting SLAs, negotiating, )
* Proven track on supporting service level managers in reporting on committed service levels, reviewing service reports with clients and establishing service improvement plans
* Coaching skills
Functional experience required
* Knowledge of ITIL & ISO 20000 and similar standards
* Strong Project and program management skills
Objective of the job
- Assist IT teams in describing the services they deliver
- Assist IT teams in defining clear, measurable service levels for the services delivered
- Draft service level agreements, operating level agreements or intra-group service agreements
