CRM Support Analyst/CRM Support Developer/CRM Deployment- Based in Dublin or Belfast - 6 Month Contract to Start ASAP, Exceptional Market Rates Dependent on Experience!
My highly respected client has an urgent requirement for a contract CRM Support Analyst/CRM Support Developer. The purpose of this role is to support the deployment of an organisation-wide CRM system. The contract will be 6 months in length and will be based out of their office either in Belfast or preferably Dublin.
The Candidate will be have the following responsibilities
*Discover, document and analyse key organisational processes.
*Analyse and migrate existing data from various platforms.
*Provide training and on-going support for customers; report building, data quality, new integrations.
*Configure application to support business processes.
*Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations and third party integrations.
The Person:
*Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments.
*Strong analytical skills and logical approach.
The candidate MUST possess the following requirements:
Required
*In-depth experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
*Experience of documenting system requirements and communicating with software development & support teams and business users.
*Excellent English language communication skills (verbal and written)
*At least 5 years working in an IT environment in a large enterprise organisation
Desirable
*3+ years' experience with .NET & SQL based enterprise scale applications
*Project management experience
