CISCO Networks Architect/Engineer (x5) required for a new 6 month contract role (with a view to extend), based in Sydney and working with a major Australian firm.
This Networks Architect/Engineer role will be to design, implement, and perform operational duties on the Hosting networks environment.
The skills required for the role are:
- 5 years + working as a Networks Designer with engineering experience
- Full networks life cycle experience. ie Design, Implementation, Perform operational duties, capacity etc.
- Strong F5 (Essential)
- Strong LTM (Essential)
- CISCO CCNP or equivalent (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills (Essential)
- Previous Hosting experience (highly desirable)
- GTM
- Juniper Net screen
- Load Balancer (Alteon to F5)
- Routing Protocols (VLANS, MPLS, VPLS)
- CISCO virtual Switches
- IPV6
