DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires the services of an MDM/R QA Manager and Architect, to provide deliverables including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Provide technical architecture, design and integration support to the SME team and LDCs.
2. Provide direction and advice on quality assurance strategy, requirements, processes, resources, and technology.
3. Provide input to SME organization, resources and plans.
4. Provide direction and guidance to quality assurance/systems analysis resources.
5. Perform quality reviews of test strategies, plans, test results, and supporting documentation/evidence.
6. Continually enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned team, processes and functions.
7. Assess and recommend to the client the readiness of changes to the MDM/R for implementation in test and production environments.
8. Report test results, issues, and risks to management.
9. Assess impacts of proposed changes.
10. Contribute to and recommend solutions for addressing regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
11. Support the diagnosis and resolution of incidents, problems and defects.
12. Respond to inquiries from the SME team, LDCs, vendors, external auditors on the design, functions, and operation of the MDM/R.
13. Meet with individual and groups of LDCs to discuss and analyze all technical aspects of the operation of the MDM/R and LDC's integration of their business processes and information technology systems with the MDM/R.
14. Provide advice and input to LDCs for integrating their business processes and systems with the MDM/R and changes to the MDM/R.
15. Assist the client in managing the Quality Assurance team and function, including providing direction, coaching/mentoring, input to performance evaluations, identifying and reporting personnel performance issues and risks.
16. Support and/or participate in the selection, on-boarding of and transition to vendors and resources, including but not limited to the Operational Service Provider and quality assurance resources.
17. Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to client`s staff..

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of the MDM/R design objectives, requirements, functions and operations.
  • Expert knowledge of MDM/R meter to bill functionality and business processes.
  • Expert knowledge of the MDM/R synchronization functionality.
  • Working knowledge of the MDM/R reports and how to interpret and use them.
  • Working knowledge of the MDM/R technical architecture, including applications, Middleware, databases and underlying technical infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing test procedures.
  • Extensive experience in business and systems analysis, design, development and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of the system development life cycle process.
  • Knowledge and working experience with defect management processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in using databases, spreadsheets, and scripts to support the developing of test data, execution of tests and analysis of results.
  • Experience in testing complex, Real Time and batch transaction systems, including but not limited to, system to system interfaces, reports, exceptions, GUI, web and non-web interfaces, etc.;
  • Experience in developing and managing a high performing team, including external and internal resources.
  • Experience/exposure to S.5970 audit requirements.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle, Siebel, Unix, Windows, AMI technologies and service providers.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team resources.
  • NOTE 1: We will not consider the submission if the candidate doesn't have MDM/R experience.
