Within Service Quality domain, in Infrastructure department, the Change Manager is responsible for the management of the life cycle of all changes, in order to assure the quality of environments and keep all changes under control.

As Change Manager, your responsibilities are as follows:
-Manages governance of the life cycle of changes and makes sure that only authorized changes occur.
-Co-approver of pre-approved standard changes.
-Check on deliverables & quality criteria during advisory boards
-Coach Support of infrastructure change process participant
-Participate in improvement initiatives
Your profile
You have received higher education and have at least 3 years' work experience
You have a basic knowledge of IT or have an interest in/affinity with IT.
You have a practical experience with ITIL.
You're service minded and favours pragmatic approaches
Written and spoken English and French or Dutch,
