My client is Brussels is looking for a Senior Java Developer. The position will be based in Brussels with regular travel to Luxemburg and occasional travel to Paris.
I am looking for someone with experience of working within banking. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently in a constantly evolving and challenging environment. You will be expected to have good reporting and communication skills both internally and externally.
The objective of this role is:
Taking a leading role in the development of the web content management solutions
Determine best practises and quality criteria to guide the development of the applications
coach other developers with less experience on autonomy products.
Ensure the quality checks of the produced application in the light of the software engineering principles
Participate to the Architecture design of the application and their integration
Pilot and challenge the potential third party participating to the development of applications
Packaging the deliverables according to the expected structure and formats.
The following skills are mandatory
JAVA SE, JAVE EE, STRUTS, TomCat, Jboss.
English and French language skills are mandatory.
