A fantastic opportunity as come up for a Reward Consultant to work for a leading mobile telecoms company in Berkshire to support the design, development, continuous improvement and implementation of UK reward and benefit policies, processes and practices.
The role of the Reward Consultant will include:
-To support the development of the company reward strategy and pay philosophies.
-To develop company Reward and Benefit frameworks as required.
-To work on and manage company-wide Reward and Benefit projects.
-To ensure incentive plans and salary progression arrangements for the business are supported, fit for purpose and compliant with the Company's pay philosophy.
-To ensure the smooth running of all company benefit schemes including managing benefit suppliers and leading re-tender processes with Procurement.
-To support annual pay review and bonus process, providing guidance on the appropriate salary ranges.
The Reward Consultant will have the following key skills:
-Highly accomplish with using Excel including Vlookups, pivot tables and complex formula's
-Experience of managing flexible benefit schemes, incentive design and analysis
-Attention to detail
-Confident with numbers/data
-Experience of managing bonus and salary review processes
