Customer Service Manager Highways Maintenance.
6 month Contract - Kent
Previous work within a Bid Team may be useful to work within the Construction industry. Current software is the construction industry standard ERP.
Background within TfL highways or Birmingham highways infrastructure etc construction may be beneficial. Monitoring of highways specific tasks based on the KPI's stated. The candidate would need to understand the drivers for the highways business and how to report against KPI's. Previous work within bid teams may be a bonus.
The role includes Customer Services management including:
a) Service Centre - Call Centre
b) Incident Response team
c) Road space planning team
d) Client Liaison - stakeholder management
e) AIMS team -Asset Information Management system - GIS team
Candidate may have experience as Customer Services Manager on one of the existing TfL Highways, Birmingham Highways or similar. Maintenance Contract teams.
