Description
Customer SAP BCM Consultant to assist in the design, installation and configuration of new BCM environments.
Principal or Platinum consultants (10 years minimum) are highly preferred who possess the following background.
- BCM Technical Architecture and Design
- Experience in installation and configuration of BCM
- Experience in integration of BCM with SAP CRM
- Knowledge of TDM Integration between SIP/PSTN Gateway and TDM PABX's
- Experience in troubleshooting issues with BCM
- Soft skills to provide knowledge transfer to client
