Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The project coordinator will support all of the business configuration project managers in the ROC Claims Program. This will include routine schedule management, change control, and project status tracking. In addition, this person will coordinate meetings, resources, and cross-regional communications.
Essential Functions
Understand the full-scope and dependencies of each project being supported
Maintains detailed project schedules
Coordinates meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports
Project cost tracking
Maintains Project Managers' calendars
On-boards new team members
Facilitates material orders
Ensures coordination among dependent workstreams
Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and/or tables
Supports the business configuration sub-team leads
Compiles weekly dashboard and submits it to the business configuration manager for review
Basic Qualifications
BA or BS degree or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience
Strong administrative background
Attention to detail
Great communicator and team player
Able to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams and among members of the organization at different levels
Past experience in large projects
20% travel required
