VOIP Engineer (Support) - Brussels, Belgium (Contract). This is an excellent long term blue chip consulting and support assignment, working for a truly global organization based in brussels, Belgium. You will be an experienced VOIP Support Engineer with skills in routing, telephony systems, switching, TCP/IP, VOIP technology. You will be responsible for providing telephone support for all incidents and changes, and concerns related to the IP Telephony infrastructure - Cisco UCM, Voice Gateways, Cycos, ACD, etc). Additionally, you will provide Cisco Call Manager end-user administration; maintaining user documentation and helpdesk procedures. English speaking supprot, with Dutch language desirable for support and documentation.
