IT Incident Manager 12mth mission based in Brussels
Our leading financial client based in Brussels are actively searching for an IT Operation Quality Manager with good Change M anager Expertise. They will work closer with the Change Managers to help them to analysing changes impacts. This mission requires a high availability for intervention ) and regular (monthly) Saturdays interventions for release support.
Make deep technical analysis of operations to anticipate issues (KPI analysis). Incident management with close cooperation with users/clients. Release management coordination with release coordinators of each division. Performance analysis Change Manager support in analysis of changes impact.

- IBM Mainframe & Wintel infrastructure knowledge and experience
Language requirement
- English
- Dutch and French (one fluent the other one can be basic)
