Customer Service Team Leader
Dublin City
Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish Team Leaders are required to work in a leading business outsourcing company in Dublin City Centre.
In this job, you will manage the daily performance of a group of 10-20 Customer service Representatives, coordinating the day to day activities of the team while also maintaining a high morale within the team. Duties also include providing quality feedback to your team, acting as first point of contact for customer escalations and ensuring KPI's are met.
The ideal Team Leader must be fluent in one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish, must have more than 1 years management experience and be competent in providing a top quality service to customers.
