Next Ventures is urgently looking for an experienced SAP ban Analyzer consultant for r a 12 month role based in Greece.
Required:
- Brief description of the current business processes practice ("As-Is") with deliverables the minutes of meetings.
- Training of the Customer Project Team with deliverable the training of the Key Users.
- Description of the "To-Be" business Model. In the "To-Be" document the future process Model ("To-Be") will be defined in terms of organizational structures, business processes and business process steps (in graphical or illustrative text form). Additionally it will describe the GAPs and custom developments required, (Functional Descriptions & Programs Specs) as well as the scope and extent of the Data Conversion/Migration with File layouts for Data to be migrated. Specifically for the one-time interfaces supplier will develop interfaces according to customer requirements.
Implementation
which comprises of the following:- Unit-testing of the required functionality as this is defined in the "To-Be" document
- Complete implementation of the processes in SAP system as defined in the "To-Be" document, including system customization, interface development (one-time and permanent interfaces), print-layouts (legal-internal), enhancements (user-exits) according to the specifications defined in the "To-Be" document. User Roles, Authorizations and Authorization profiles implementation. Programs and processes for the periodic interfaces of the new system and their documentation. End user documentation for the processes defined in the To-Be Document and conduction of the end user training.
- Key user support in the preparation and execution of the Integration Tests (Test Scenarios and Data preparation and execution). Depending upon the project progress it might be required that more than one Integration Tests are required.
Go-Live & Support
which comprises of the following:- Bug-Fixing,
- Functionality Enhancements/Improvements (excluding coverage of new functionality not included in the "To-Be" document).
