- Modification of SAP CML in order to close product and functional gaps as a prerequisite for migration of CRE loans
- Handling of current accounts with BCA
- Improvement of functionalities
- Escrow account process
- Harmonisation of payment related processes
- Common handover process (Origination - CRM - CO)
- Harmonisation of existing processes
- Repayment status to be shown in SAP
- Harmonization of process for transferring defaulted loans to head office
- Harmonisation of certain processes with regard to migration (roll over, repayment)
- Harmonisation of processes with regard to input and maintenance of property and collateral data
